These Terms and Conditions are made up of the following:
Entry instructions; and
these Terms and Conditions.
The “Competition” is the ‘Invest Albury Wodonga Art Partners Masterpiece Personal Experience ‘ competition.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “You” means a natural person or business entity.
You warrant to AlburyCity that:
If You are a natural person, you are over the age of 18 years; or
If You are nominated representative of the business entity, you have the requisite authority to accept these Terms and Conditions.
By entering the Competition, the Entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You do not wish to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, then please do not enter this Competition.

This Competition is a game of chance.
Promoter
The Promoter is Albury City Council (ABN 92 965 474 349) of PO Box 323, Albury, NSW 2640.
Participating Countries
Australia only.
Eligibility and Entry Conditions
The “Entry Period” is from 9:00am on Tuesday 25 March 2021 (AEDST) and closes at 7:30pm on Wednesday 26 March 2021 (AEST).
Entry into this Competition is free. By entering the competition you are thereby accepting these Terms and Conditions.
An “Entrant” is defined as an eligible person who completes the online subscription form https://www.investalburywodonga.com.au/subscribe
Business entities can enter the Competition and be considered an Entrant if they subscribe using their applicable business email address.
Incomplete, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Any Entrant may be disqualified from this Competition at the discretion of the Promoter for any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions or cheating in any way.
Judging
The Competition is based on chance with the winner selected by computer generated random choice of new subscriber at the close of the competition entry period
After the Promoter notifies the Prize Winner of the Prize, all future correspondence will then be between the Prize Winner and Art Partners Australia owner Jacinta Mirams via 0417 229 658.
All winning entrants must be deemed eligible as per the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Prize Winner Notification
The Prize Winner will be announced at the Inland Rail Conference Dinner
The Prize Winner must be present at the Inland Rail Conference Dinner to agree in person to receipt of the prize.
Prize
There will be a single (1) Prize winner.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Modification to the Prize is possible if the Prize Winner selects an artwork of higher value and pays the difference to Art Partners Australia however The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.
The Prize cannot be on-sold on auction websites, classifieds or by other methods of re-sale.
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the artwork offered as Prize. The Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by it, or its agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services connected with this Competition.
Publicity Release, Use of Personal Information
The Promoter may collect information (including personal information) from Entrants and entries and use it for the purpose of contacting the Entrants. All personal information provided by Entrants will be held by the Promoter in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy
If this Competition is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the Competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
Exclusion of Liability
By registering for this Competition, each Entrant and subsequent Prize Winner assumes sole liability for any personal injury and/or damage to property caused or claimed to have been caused to him or her as a result of or in connection with participating in this Competition.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect, and are not intended to affect, any rights or remedies a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any Entrants or Prize Winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any Prize, or death except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts for the resolution of any dispute, difference, controversy or claim arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions and/or this Competition.
