Wodonga Council has recently launched a new and improved application process for new and expanding businesses. The streamlined process saves time and resources for businesses by condensing the existing requirements into one simple form. The Business Concierge service is also there as a single contact for the business to assist them through the entire process from site identification to marketing. The Better Approvals Project is an initiative initially funded by the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions (DJPR) and Small Business Victoria (SBV).
In implementing the Better Approvals process, it makes Wodonga an easy place to invest in, driving community prosperity and connectedness.

Ken Little and David Kapay from Miss Amelie Gourmet were one of the first businesses to go through Wodonga Council’s Better Approvals Process. They made full use of the Concierge service.
Little said the process was easy and made working with Wodonga Council an absolute delight.
